Amazing grace shall always be my song of praise, for it was grace that brought my liberty; I do not know just why He came to love me so, He looked beyond my faults and saw my need. I shall forever lift mine eyes to Calvary to view the cross where Jesus died for me; how marvelous the grace that caught my falling soul, He looked beyond my fault and saw my need.

We remember Scott as a great neighbor. He had the rich Virginia accent. He was a man without pretense. He always said of his job "I'm a bean counter." He and his family will be in our prayers.

Ken Albrecht December 29, 2009
I am so sorry to hear about Scott's passing. He and I were Management Interns back in the early 1970's in the Philadelphia Regional Office. We never worked in the same office, but always enjoyed a good working relationship. I can remember many rides together on the Speedline when we exchanged stories about our children and our dogs. He used to laugh heartily about my crazy dog Bebee and my inability to train her as he had trained Liberty. Many great memories flood my mind as I write this. He was one of the good guys.

Kristine Angelico December 29, 2009

Sue Stone December 30, 2009
My sincere sympathy. Sorry Scott and I never had a chance to interact more. The posted photo album shows him to be a beautiful man who loved his family. Clearly he lives on in the smiles, eyes and hearts of his sons and grandchildren. My thoughts and prayes are with you all today and always.

Judy Martin December 30, 2009
I can see that Scott was loved so much by his family and friends. He will be missed forever. The photos showed what a wonderful man he was to his family. Linda was a lucky girl! Be strong, Lynn, Scott would want you that way. Love to you and your family

My deepest sympathy and much love to Gail and the entire Greer family. Scott was never anything other than sweet and fun with me, even though as a child I did not think he was sweet when he called me "Cabbagehead". I always thought his voice sounded just like Charles Kuralt's, as well. I'm so glad I got to visit with him a couple of years ago after so many years away, I will cherish those memories. He was a great guy and is greatly missed.

Dave Greer March 4, 2010
I am Scott's half brother. I would have liked to know Scott. Searched for him may times with no luck. I am very sorry to hear about his passing but I know he is in a better place.
