My deepest sympathy to the Cathrall family. Mrs. Cathrall was a wonderful person, and I know that you have suffered a great loss. I graduated from Triton in 1970, where I was fortunate to have had Mrs. Cathrall as my Home Economics teacher. I think of her often, as I, too, am a Home Economics teacher and frequently make her "Speedy Cheesecake Pie." It is one of my family's favorite recipes. I cherish the memories in Mrs. Cathrall's class and am saddened to read of her passing.

Manners personified. Loved this lady while I was a student at Triton. Sorry to hear the news of her passing. Still use her line on my kids at the dinner table. "You never, never say 'I'm full' or 'I'm done,' you say, I'm through." TRHS 1967 to 1971
