We will miss Joe's smiling face at the Waterford Wawa everyday and at Nelson Chiropractic. He was a wonderful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

The album is awesome a tribute to a good, loving kind man. We had some good times in Florida with Cindie his daughter and him. He surely will be missed by many and all should honor his contributions and sacrifices for his family and friends. He is now with his parents and family members who have gone before him. God Bless

There are so many laughs that I really couldn't pick one. It was his quick wit, easy laugh and off beat humor that made him so special. He was always ready to help those he loved. He loved his family and I haven't ever met too many fathers who loved their children more. Joe and him were always together and always laughing. I remember visiting him and my 2 year old daughter destroying his clean and orderly home by throwing the vermiculite from his fireplace across his floors, pillows on the ground and raiding his fridge...He smiled and just gave her the nickname "the room monster" which he then called her from that point forward...WE love you Joe and miss you already, heaven will have to create a special department.....much love to Joe Jr., buy a lottery ticket because I am sure he will be there still working with you every step of the way....

Charlie: We were very saddened to see Joe's obit. in the Daily Progress. Not long ago, as we passed by the community he last lived at in Charlottesville, we wondered if he was still in the area. Thought not, since we had not seen him at Lowe's over the last few years. Joe was a great neighbor to us in Dyke, as well as a true friend. We have missed him being around. Hope all is well with you; it's amazing to see you "little guys" now as men! Sam is 21; I guess that puts you at about 23 or 24?? Touch base if you get this message. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. You had a great dad! Sharron, Dave & Sam Frazier
