Patty, It seems like yesterday that you and Carmen were having you house built at Centennial Square. I am so sorry to hear about Carmen. I always enjoyed being in Carmen's company. Uncle Carm, you will be greatly missed. As we all grew older, I did not see you as much as I used to, but I have fond memories of spending every weekend at your house, and later at the cafe. You were a great man who always could light up a room, rest in peace.

We've known Carmen for many years. Our first meeting was when my wife worked with Carmen at Shields Real Estate. I came to know him through my wife. We often dined at Carmen's Cafe. He was a truly great man. He always had a kind word and a gentle temperment. He'll truly be missed. We were blessed to have known him.

Uncle Carm, I will always treasure the memories our entire family had together especially Thanksgiving. You had the unique ability to make everyone around you laugh. I will particularly miss all of our talks about Philadelphia sports and I know each time the Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers win you will be looking down with a big smile on your face. We Love and miss you! John & Lauren

You will always have me smiling at the count of three.... But now I am smiling just because I know that you have a beautiful place in heaven and I know you are watching over everyone including me. Until we meet again my friend you will be loved and missed dearly. and I will always cherish the times at Carm's Cafe where you taught me to make the best pizza ever.
