Obituary of Jennifer Cain

Cain,

Jennifer Marie

Age 37, of Wilmington, DE.  Formerly of Atco, NJ passed away suddenly the morning of March 30, 2018.

Jennifer had a vibrant personality, beautiful smile and was loved by so many. She was devoted to her family and friends. Her friends were more like extended family, as she was a Godmother and “Aunt” to many of her friends’ children.

Jennifer graduated from St. Joseph’s high school in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 2002. She joined Price Waterhouse Cooper following graduation and spent her entire career there, becoming a partner last year serving in their Assurance Practice. She was admired by her colleagues, her clients and made a significant impact on so many.

Jennifer had many interests outside of her career. She was an avid Philadelphia and University of Delaware sports fan. She enjoyed attending concerts, traveling with friends, and was a wine enthusiast. Jennifer also gave back to the community through her participation on the UD Alumni Association Board of Directors, as well as volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House and the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Cain, and grandparents, George and Joyce Kiefreider. She is survived by her mother, Kathy Cain, her brother, Matt Cain, her great aunt, Janet Pendino, and many dear friends.
